1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to mycuci, an online betting platform operated exclusively for users in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mycuci.vip website, the mycuci mobile app, and all related services.

By accessing or using the mycuci platform in any capacity, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the mycuci Privacy Policy and the mycuci Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and mycuci.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the mycuci platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use mycuci's services, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You are a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding contractual agreement.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where the use of online betting services is not prohibited under applicable local laws.
• You are not a mycuci employee, an immediate family member of a mycuci employee, or any party directly involved in the operation of the platform.
• You have never previously been banned from using the mycuci platform for any reason.

Mycuci reserves the right at any time to request proof of age or identity from any member. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) mycuci account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different identities, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods, are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The information provided at registration must include:

• Full name as stated in your official Malaysian identification document (MyKad or passport).
• An active email address that you personally own.
• A valid and active Malaysian mobile number.
• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes.

Mycuci implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its registration procedure. You may be required to submit a copy of your identification documents during account verification or before your first withdrawal request is processed. This process is industry standard and is intended to protect the security of your own account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your mycuci account password confidential. mycuci shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• Deposits via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and debit cards are processed instantly.
• Mycuci does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposits must originate from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed automatically and are typically completed within 3 to 5 minutes once all conditions have been met.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Mycuci reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, as a standard security measure.
• Any active bonus that has not yet met the wagering requirements will be forfeited if a withdrawal request is made before the conditions are fulfilled.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Mycuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward new and loyal members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Every deposit bonus carries a set wagering requirement before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will be automatically forfeited.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one (1) bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.

6 Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on mycuci are subject to general wagering rules and category-specific rules for each game type. By proceeding with any wager, you agree to accept the outcome issued by the mycuci system as final.

• Accepted and confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled unless there is a clear technical error on the part of mycuci.
• Mycuci reserves the right to void and refund bets in the event of technical disruptions, inaccurate market information, or extraordinary circumstances affecting the integrity of a bet.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, odds discrepancies, or system errors is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of wins and account closure.
• Mycuci reserves the right to limit the bet size of any member at any time based on internal risk assessment.
• All sports match results are based on official results issued by the relevant governing body.

7 Member Conduct

Mycuci expects all members to use the platform in a responsible, honest, and mutually respectful manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action including account closure without refund:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technological method to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other members.
• Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses (known as "bonus abuse").
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Attempted money laundering or other illegal financial activities through the mycuci platform.
• Misusing customer support channels with offensive language, threats, or disruptive behaviour.
• Sharing or transferring account funds between members (chip dumping) with the intent to manipulate the system.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Mycuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, identity theft, or other illegal activities.
• Member's own request to voluntarily close their account.
• Activation of the self-exclusion option upon member request through the responsible gaming programme.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from relevant authorities.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, mycuci reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance. However, any legitimate cash balance deposited by you (after deducting any bonuses and wins related to the violation) will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe once the investigation is complete, unless there is a legal requirement preventing such a return.

9 Liability Limits

Mycuci provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, mycuci makes no guarantee that the service will be entirely free from disruptions, errors, or delays.

• Mycuci is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.

• Under no circumstances shall mycuci's total liability to you exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Amendments to Terms

Mycuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.

For material amendments that substantially affect member rights, mycuci will endeavour to notify members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
